Cozy and Clean! This place had a wood burning stove that made the place extra warm and cozy on a cold rainy October night. It looked like many things had been updated and gave it a modern feel in the kitchen. Nespresso is my new favorite thing! There was lots of property to look at and it felt as though we were in the country while still being very close to things Dayton has to offer. The only negative was finding out the hard way that the cookie sheet was too large for the oven.

You get what you pay for!!!
And with this house you get SO MUCH!!! I desperately needed a little pampering after 2+weeks out west bird hunting living in hunting lodges and old farmhouses. This home was gorgeous, looks like it was professionally decorated, had TONS of room for our dogs to be aired out, fabulous host and easy to find.
At this point I’ve stayed in over 70+ properties and this one jumps straight up into top 5😍
Amazing for 1 night or a week or two. Wonderful host and such a great home away from home. Excellent linens and towels, great amenities, luxury look and feel for a fabulous price. Super highly recommend.

The cottage was very beautiful and peaceful! Loved seeing the chickens and beautiful yard that was secluded! The water pressure was fantastic! The kitchen space was easy to navigate and find everything! The bed was very comfortable and the whole home was clean and smelled fantastic! I really enjoyed my stay and if I had the opportunity I would stay again!

this location was beautiful with lots of trees and is at the end of a very quiet road.. the house was very clean and nicely decorated. the amenities were amazing with coffee and teas included. the beds were extremely comfortable. the bathroom is gorgeous! the hosts are great! they even let us check in early so that we could avoid the rough storms that were supposed to hit. I do recommend being careful down the gravel road. it is VERY rough.

Great stay, very clean. Lots of extras and helpful items. The manual had a lot of useful info that you might need to know about beforehand (property is on well water, but they provide some bottled water, etc )
