We loved the little house! Exactly like pictured and everything we needed. The house was super convenient to where we were going in Dayton….yet felt like we were in the country. The chicken coop and fresh eggs daily were definitely a special treat ❤️

Great stay, very clean. Lots of extras and helpful items. The manual had a lot of useful info that you might need to know about beforehand (property is on well water, but they provide some bottled water, etc )

We loved our stay at the cute cottage in the middle of what felt like nowhere, yet conveniently located to anything we needed. The hosts were very easy to contact and responded quickly to any crazy things we asked. We would absolutely stay there again!

The cottage was very well decorated and comfortable. Every detail was considered. I appreciated the cleanliness. The location was private yet close to everything. We had a wonderful, relaxing stay.

This is an absolutely beautiful place to stay in Dayton. You feel like you’re in the country but close enough to everything. The property is absolutely amazing to sit at and just unwind.

I can’t say enough amazing things about this cottage! It was by far the best airbnb I’ve ever stayed at! Pictures don’t do the cottage justice & it is stacked with absolutely everything you need. You will not be disappointed & I cannot recommend this place enough!

Troy and Inna were absolutely lovely hosts. The home was as described and was a perfect retreat after a day of socializing. I would highly reccomend if you find yourself in Dayton. :)

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Troy & Inna’s. The little farmhouse was peaceful, clean, and relaxing. It was well stocked. I loved all the different levels of lighting and small touches that made it feel more like “home.” Location was great for restaurants. Great yard if you have children. My teen enjoyed playing corn hole and visiting the chickens. We definitely plan to return if we make it back to Ohio.

The home is cozy and quaint. Very peaceful and comfortable. I enjoyed keeping the windows cracked open while listening to the rain. The house and linens were very clean. I was surprised by the perfect mix of country vibes, but still lots around to eat and do. Will definitely stay again!

My family and I felt in love with this place because it was so beautiful, comfortable and peaceful. One night we went out and when we got back the door was locked because one of us locked it by accident and the host quickly responded and helped us get inside. The kitchen was very clean and large. Thank you so much for allowing us to extend our stay for couple days at the last minute! We definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting the city.
